You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to take part in skill-based real-money contests where you live. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
Restricted regions. The real-money product (wallet deposits, paid rooms, and withdrawals of game winnings) is not offered to, and may not be accessed from, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the U.S. states of Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arizona, Florida and California, or any other jurisdiction where such contests are restricted or where we do not make the real-money product available. The free game remains open to everyone, everywhere — no deposit, no wallet required.
No circumvention. You may not use a VPN, proxy, Tor, or any other means to disguise or misrepresent your location, or to access the real-money product from a restricted region. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms. Each time you deposit, you affirmatively confirm that you are not located in a restricted region and are not using any such method to bypass these restrictions; a deposit or account found to be in violation may be reversed, frozen, or forfeited and the account suspended. We exclude restricted regions in good faith and rely on this confirmation.
Solanza is a contest of skill. Outcomes are determined by player input and strategy in real time — there is no random "house" outcome, dealer, or wager against the operator. You connect a self-custodial Solana wallet, deposit $SLNZ to an in-game balance, pay an entry fee to spawn, and grow your cell by out-playing other players. Your cell's size equals your in-game balance.
Deposits credit your in-game balance after on-chain confirmation. Withdrawals are paid to the wallet you played from and are processed automatically — standard amounts need no manual review and are typically sent within seconds; unusually large amounts or anomalous activity may trigger an automatic security check. A minimum withdrawal and per-request & daily limits apply. Payouts may be briefly deferred if the treasury reserve is temporarily low — deferred wins are recorded and paid once funds allow. A withdrawal that fails to send on-chain is automatically refunded to your in-game balance.
All balances, mass, and eat-events are computed and validated server-side; a tampered or spoofed client cannot create value. Newly-spawned players have a brief (~4 second) protection window during which they can neither eat nor be eaten. In-game chat is available and messages are logged; harassment, hate speech, or abuse is not tolerated. Cheating, exploiting, multi-accounting to collude, or abusing the economy may result in suspension and forfeiture.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solanza is not liable for losses arising from gameplay outcomes, token price movements, wallet/key mismanagement, or network conditions.
We collect the minimum needed to run the game: your public Solana wallet address, on-chain deposit/withdrawal transaction signatures, gameplay events (spawns, eats, balances, sessions), in-game chat messages, and basic technical logs. We also use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics), which may set cookies and collect device, usage, and approximate-location/IP information for product analytics. We do not request your name, email, or government ID to play. Your wallet address is a pseudonymous public identifier. We do not sell personal data. On-chain activity is public by the nature of the blockchain.
